​How do I
place an order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to "view cart" and then to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account.

Payment & Shipping
We accept four types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and American Express), as well as checks, wire transfers (for international customers only), and Purchase Orders (P.O.) from incorporated organizations.
All checks submitted for payment should be made payable to "Worldwatch Institute." Also, when placing an order with a check, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping and handling costs.

Orders received before 11:00 am (Central Time) that has adequate stock available, can be expected to be shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs include both the actual courier freight costs as well as order processing costs.
During the busy holiday season (November and December) please be advised your order may be subject to a longer than average shipping time.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
If you attempt to place an order using billing information that does not match the cardholder information on file with your bank and the pre-authorization fails due to an address verification system (AVS) failure, it is possible that your bank will place a temporary hold on funds even though the transaction does not go through. This includes gift cards having a Visa/MasterCard logo that do not allow registration of a cardholder address. Unfortunately we have no control over this. The temporary hold will be released by your bank in the timeframe specified in your cardholder agreement. To prevent this, please be sure that the billing information provided during checkout is an exact match (name and complete address) to the card information on file with your bank.

Returns & Refunds
To ensure your satisfaction, products are 100% guaranteed.
All products may be returned for full credit within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms & conditions:

All returns must be authorized.

Orders that are returned after 30 days and/or due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No returns for expired product.

If delivery is refused, we will credit your credit card less shipping and a $5.00 handling charge.

Product must be returned in saleable condition and in original Sunstar containers.

Customers are responsible for return shipment costs associated with returns, except in cases of damaged merchandise or product shipped in error.
